Rupert holds municipal elections for Mayor and City Council on the dates set by Idaho law. City elections are administered in coordination with Minidoka County.

Running for office

Candidates for city office file a Declaration of Candidacy during the filing window before each election. Download the candidate filing and withdrawal forms below, then file with the City Clerk at 624 F Street.

Registering to vote

Register to vote and confirm your polling place through the Idaho Secretary of State or Minidoka County. For city-specific election questions, call City Hall at (208) 436-9600. See also Election Notices.
