Public Records Request
Most City of Rupert records are open to the public. Submit a request to the City Clerk by mail, email, or in person at 624 F Street, Rupert, ID 83350.
How long it takes
Under the Idaho Public Records Act, the City will grant or deny your request within 3 working days. If more time is needed, you will receive written notice and the records no later than 10 working days after the request.
Fees
The first 2 hours of staff time and the first 100 pages of copies are free for residents. Costs beyond that are itemized at actual cost.
