How to Request a Public Record from the City of Rupert (Idaho's 3-Day Rule, Explained)

Most City of Rupert records are open to the public. To request one, submit your request to the City Clerk by mail, email, or in person at 624 F Street.

Under the Idaho Public Records Act, the city will grant or deny your request within 3 working days. If more time is needed, you'll receive written notice and the records no later than 10 working days after the request. The first 2 hours of staff time and the first 100 pages of copies are free. See the Public Records page to download the request form.
