New Resident Guide: Connect Utilities, Set Up Trash, and Find City Services
Welcome to Rupert. Here's how to get set up:
Utilities — The city provides water, electric, and sanitation service. Download the residential service application from the City Hall page (available in English and Spanish) and submit it to City Hall at 624 F Street.
Trash — Curbside collection runs Monday through Friday. See the Sanitation page for your pickup details.
Everything else — Use the "I Want To…" links on the homepage to pay a bill, rent a park shelter, sign a child up for a sport, or apply for a job. For anything else, call City Hall at (208) 436-9600.
